Before Fame
He spent time in jail, learning to cook while in custody and becoming the first person in custody to achieve a Bronze, Silver and Gold award. In 2010, after gaining professional cooking qualifications, he was employed by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver for five years. In 2015 he started working for himself and opened the food truck, JON'S STREAT Food. In 2020 the coronavirus pandemic hit and most of his work disappeared, so he started posting cooking videos and recipes on social media.
