Professional NHL play-by-play commentator and sports analyst known primarily for being the radio voice of the Vancouver Canucks from 1999 until March 2008. After leaving the Canucks' organization, he was then hired by CBS Canada to commentate nationally-televised games on CTV Sportsnet and Hockey Night in Canada.

He began his broadcasting career in 1993 working in Vancouver, Canada at CKVU-TV during the Sports Page late-night segment.

As a play-by-play announcer, he worked his first NHL hockey game as a substitute on March 24, 1998 as the Canucks played against the New York Islanders.
