John Grogan

Detroit-born writer and journalist best known as the author of the popular autobiographical novel Marley & Me. He has also served as a columnist for The Philadelphia Inquirer and the editor-in-chief of Organic Gardening magazine.

Before Fame

He was part of the prestigious Kiplinger Fellows program at Ohio State University.

Trivia

His best-selling book Marley & Me was made into a film which, in 2008, became the top-grossing Christmas Day release ever.
