About
Theater and television actor known for his role as Pedro 'Revólver' Tejada in the crime series El Cartel de los Sapos. After working in theatre for years, his television debut came in 1998, playing a soldier on the show Men of Honor, but it was his role as Juanchaco in Jack The Alarm Clock, 2002, that garnered him national attention.
Before Fame
When he was of university age, there were no higher education arts institutes accessible to him, so he did theatre workshops in La Candelaria while studying communications at the Javeriana University. While he was there, the Superior Academy of Arts of Bogotá opened. He left his communications studies to enroll.
Trivia
He has been nominated for 4 TVyNovelas Awards, and won twice - Male Character That Steals The Show for New Rich, New Poor in 2008, and Best Antagonist Telenovela Actor for Sweet Love in 2016.
Family Life
He and his wife Claudia Aguirre have a son and a daughter. In 2017 they got matching tattoos of their children on their wrists.
