Singer and guitarist best remembered as the frontwoman for the Nashville-based country-rock band Those Darlins. She passed away following a public battle with cervical cancer in September 2017, when she was just 28 years old.
Before Fame
She met the other members of Those Darlins at the Southern Girls Rock & Roll Camp in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The band started out covering songs by folk group The Carter Family.
Trivia
She discussed her battle with cancer in a December 2016 YouTube video in which she wore a t-shirt reading "Ain't Afraid," a reference to a Those Darlins song.
Family Life
She is survived by her mother Kathy, father David Wariner and brothers Emmett and Oakley. She was the niece of country musician Steve Wariner.

Her band once opened for Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys fame on one of his solo tours.
