Offensive tackle who was selected by the Oakland Raiders in the 3rd round pick of the 2010 NFL Draft. In 2014, he signed a five-year, $35 million contract with the Arizona Cardinals, but was placed on injured reserve two years later after tearing his right triceps. In 2018, he was traded to the Denver Broncos in exchange for a sixth-round pick in the 2018 draft.

He attended Forest Hills Northern High School and was named Most Valuable Lineman. He graduated in 2005 and attended Hillsdale College. After the 2009 season there, he was named the First-team All-American.

On the opening day of the 2011 NFL season, he started at left tackle, and the offensive line cleared the way for 190 rushing yards, leading to a victory over the Denver Broncos.
