Former model who is best known for being the mother of rapper, hip-hop mogul, and entrepreneur Sean "Diddy" Combs. She has guest starred as herself on television series such as E! True Hollywood Story, America's Next Top Model, and I Want to Work for Diddy.

Before Fame

She pursued a modeling career and worked as a teacher's assistant. Despite raising him as a single mother, she managed to put Diddy through an all-boys Catholic school and college. 

Trivia

In the year 2020, Diddy famously gifted her $1 million cash and a brand-new Bentley for her 80th birthday. In an interview with People Magazine, she commented on the allegations against her son. She said, "It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth, but for a narrative created out of lies. To bear witness what seems like a public lynching of my son before he's had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words."

Family Life

Her late husband, Melvin Earl Combs, was fatally shot when Diddy was just a toddler, forcing her to raise their children as a single parent. She is the mother of Bad Boy Entertainment co-founder Sean "Diddy Combs" and his sister Keisha.
