Jan Błachowicz

Polish professional mixed martial artist who is best known for competing in the Light Heavyweight division for the UFC and who is known as a former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion. His fighting fame has helped him accrue more than 850,000 followers on his janblachowicz Instagram page.

At the age of 9, he started training in judo.

As of January 24, 2023, he is #3 in the UFC light heavyweight rankings. He occasionally trains in Alliance MMA with names such as Alexander Gustafsson, Phil Davis, Joey Beltran, and Dominick Cruz.

Family Life

His parents are Stanisław Błachowicz and Krystyna Błachowicz. His sibling is Wojciech Błachowicz. He and his wife Dorota Jurkowska have a son named Junior.

He is the second Polish champion in UFC history, after Joanna Jedrzejczyk, and the first male Polish champion.
