James Debarge

American R&B singer who was one of the members of the family music group DeBarge. In the 1980s, he worked on four albums with the band. He has garnered over 70,000 followers on his Twitter account, where he posts music updates. 

Before Fame

He and his brothers started the band DeBarge in the early 1980s and released their self-titled debut album in 1981.

Trivia

He made a guest appearance on rapper J-Ro's album 818 Antics. In 2012, he was imprisoned for three years for assault with a deadly weapon. 

Family Life

He has three children: Kristinia born in 1990, James Jr. born in 1998 and Tori born in 2001.
