Indian militant belonging to the Sikh terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa. He was convicted as a conspirator in the assassination of 12th Chief Minister of Punjab, Beant Singh, in 1995. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.

Trivia
In 2004, he and two other prisoners escaped from maximum security jail. He was recaptured in 2005.
