Men's heavyweight and light heavyweight mixed martial artist that has been competing within the Ultimate Fighting Championships since the year 2016. He is most recognized in the octagon for his Sambo and Judo fighting style disciplines. He is a member of the Timoshkov Sport Club, CSA Moldova, and the MMA Factory fighting teams.

Before Fame

Prior to his professional fighting career, he initially began training as a wrestler. He eventually began his professional fighting career as a teenager in the year 2012.

Trivia

He made his official UFC debut while fighting against Misha Cirkunov on June 18, 2016 during UFC Fight Night 89. Unfortunately, he lost the match via submission. Cuțelaba faced Tanner Boser on April 15, 2023, at UFC on ESPN 44. He won the fight via first-round technical knockout.

Family Life

He lives along with his wife Olga and their family. He is the father of two girls.
