Before Fame

She grew up in an environment that nurtured her love for storytelling and community. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2012 and worked at NBCUniversal which helped her develop her public relations skills.

Trivia

She started TheCCNYC as a side project in 2023, which quickly grew into a large-scale platform for underrepresented voices in media and creative arts. Her first CultureCon event was organized entirely with the help of volunteers and was funded by contributions from her close friends. She received the NBCUniversal GEM Award in 2013, 2014, and 2016.
