Mathematician and scientist who did a lot of work in fields like applied mathematics and functional analysis. He spent the majority of his career working for Flinders University in South Australia.

He earned his electrical degree from the Slovak Polytechnic University in Bratislava.

His first wife passed away in 1981 and he later remarried. He raised five children.
