Professional left-back and winger that originally signed his first club contract with Chelsea FC in the year 2019 at the young age of 17. After a few seasons on loan with Charlton Athletic F.C, Coventry City F.C, and Burnley F.C., he then rejoined Chelsea in the year 2023. He was also selected to played for the Dutch men's national team during the 2024 EuroCup qualifiers.

He initially began playing soccer as a kid within the Rotterdam Feyenoord youth ranks. He later joined the Chelsea youth academy as a teenager in the year 2018.
Trivia
At just 21 years of age, he led Burnley F.C to a 2023 English Football League Championship. He was even named the EFL Championship Player of the Month in January of 2023. In September of 2023, he received his first call-up to the Netherlands senior team by head coach Ronald Koeman, for two UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying matches against Greece and the Republic of Ireland.
