Hugh Grosvenor

About

Aristocrat and philanthropist with close ties to the House of Windsor. When his father died in August of 2016, he inherited the Grosvenor Estate, which is worth over $9 billion. He's worked in estate management and real estate development. He also oversees the Grosvenor Group, which invests in food and agricultural technology.

He attended Newcastle University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in countryside management.

Trivia

He participated in the May 2023 coronation of King Charles III, who's one of his godparents. He's the chairman of the trustees of the Westminster Foundation, which aims to help children and families. In 2020, he donated to the National Health Service to help support its COVID-19 efforts. He also funded research to promote mental health.

Family Life

He was born in London, England to Gerald Grosvenor and Natalia Phillips. He descended from Alexander Pushkin and Nicholas I of Russia. He and his three sisters Lady Edwina, Lady Viola, and Lady Tamara were raised at Eaton Hall in Cheshire. In April of 2023, he announced his engagement to Olivia Henson. At the time of their engagement, the couple had been dating for two years.
