Before Fame
He was considered a five-star prospect while at St. Mark's School of Texas. While there, he was named a McDonald's All-American.
Trivia
As a freshman at Stanford, he was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week six different times. By doing so, he became just the second person in PAC 12 history to achieve this feat. He is quite tall, standing at 6'7". He also weighs close to 240 pounds.
