Hannah Friedman

Author and screenwriter who first rose to fame as a staff writer for the comedy series Friend Me. She also published her debut book in 2009 called Everything Sucks: Losing My Mind and Finding Myself in a High School Quest for Cool.

Before Fame

In 2008, she graduated from Yale University. The year prior, she'd won the Yale Playwrights Festival for her original work Spread It Thin.

A singer and musician, her YouTube channel WritingHannah has become an outlet for her original comedy songs and vlogs.

Family Life

She is the eldest child of former monkey trainer Alison Friedman and singer Dean Friedman.

Associated With

One of her other skills is acting and, in 2015, she appeared as Becky in the Netflix series Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp alongside Paul Rudd and Marguerite Moreau.
