About

Former assistant coach that worked with the New York Jets, Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders, Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers during his 25-year NFL coaching career. He also played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Raiders, and 49ers during his brief NFL career. 

Before Fame

He attended Sacramento State University where he played quarterback. His finished his collegiate career with more than 3,800 passing yards and 32 touchdown passes. 

Trivia

As a member of the Broncos coaching staff in 2016, he helped lead his team to victory at Super Bowl 50. 

Family Life

He was a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He lived with his wife, Charlotte, and their three daughters until his passing in 2021.

Associated With

As the offensive coordinator for the Falcons from 2004 to 2006, he coached Michael Vick.
