Italian singer-songwriter and rapper whose first solo studio album, Stanza singola, was ranked in the top ten in Italy and certified platinum by FIMI. In May of 2020 his second studio set, Multisala, became his first number-one album and golden record. Popular singles include "Che senso ha" and "Blue Jeans". 

Before Fame

He grew up in the Trastevere district of Rome where he formed a musical collective with friends. In 2016, while still in high school, he released the mix tape Buchi neri. He enrolled in college to study computer science and mathematics but did not complete his studies. He rose to fame as part of the duo Carl Brave X Franco 126 when they released their album, Polaroid, in 2017. 

Trivia

His real name is Federico Bertollini. The numbers "126" come from the number of steps of the famous Scalea del Tamburino, where his music collective used to meet. He has 420,000 followers on his franchino126 Instagram page.

He was born and raised in the Trastevere district of Rome.
