American transgender actor and singer-songwriter best known for his role as Rowan on Freeform's Good Trouble, as well as his guest roles Rio Gutierrez on an episode of the ABC hit drama The Good Doctor and Mateo Cruz on ABC's Rebel.
Before Fame
He actively participated in school musicals as a child and in his teen years. At age 19, he left Nebraska to serve a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he served as a sister missionary for 18 months in The Salt Lake City, Utah Mission. After attending a semester at Brigham Young University, Idaho he decided to drop out and become a man.

Family Life
He is of Spanish, Mexican, and European descent. He was born in Merced, California but grew up in Chilton, Wisconsin. He is the oldest of seven kids, with three brothers and three sisters.
