Canadian born Venezuelan actress who is best recognized for her appearances in television. She is known for several recurring roles including Emilia Ferrara in the series Tomasa Tequiero, Tza Tza Lanz in Mi Gorda Bella, and Marlene Paez in Reina de Corazones. 

Before Fame

Prior to her work as an actress, she was a model and beauty pageant contestant. She started gaining attention in 1988 when she competed in the Miss Venezuela pageant as a representative of Distrito Federal. After winning, she went on to represent Venezuela at the Miss World pageant in 1988 where she placed third. Her television career started in 1990 when she debuted as Monica Suarez in the series Adorable Monica. 

Trivia

In addition to winning the Miss World Venezuela pageant, she is also known for having won the Miss World Americas pageant in 1988 as well. 

Family Life

She married Daniel Alvarado in 1998 and together they had three children including Daniel and Diego.

She starred alongside Natalia Streignard and Juan Pablo Raba in the 2002 television series Mi Gorda Bella.
