Before Fame

Before she became a wellness instructor, she worked in retail for 20 years. It wasn't until she went back to college in 2019 that she discovered a passion for neuroscience by becoming a life coach. 

Trivia

She attended a Coldplay concert in Croke Park, which is a stadium in Dublin, Ireland in September of 2024. Emma said that the concert filled her heart with joy. Her program and website are called Empower With Emma, which encourages others to be their true and authentic selves.

Family Life

Emma spends a lot of time with her bestie, Gary Coffey (@gaz101hair) who is a hair stylist. She also recently welcomed a brand new nephew named Emerson, which she featured on an Instagram post holding him.
