Before Fame
She began playing the drums as a teenager. She met future L.A. Witch frontwoman Sade Sanchez during high school, and together they participated in local music competitions, including winning a battle of the bands at Burbank High in 2007. She co-founded L.A. Witch in 2011. The band released its first single "L.A. Witch" in 2013. The band then released their first album L.A. Witch in 2017.

She has expressed a preference for live performances over studio recordings due to the raw and energetic vibes she feels while playing live. The first song she learned how to play on the drums was "Fire" by Jimi Hendrix.
