Known for being the co-creator and co-executive producer of the CBS reality TV show The Amazing Race. She created the series in 2001, which led to her creating her own production company called Worldrace Productions.

Before Fame

She worked in advertising prior to her time as a TV executive. She derived the idea for The Amazing Race from her own experiences backpacking through Europe in college.

Trivia

In 2012, she served as executive producer for the TNT series The Great Escape. She garnered her 10th Primetime Emmy Award win for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program for The Amazing Race in 2014.

Family Life

She has served as co-producer alongside her husband Bertram for most every TV project she has worked on. She has one daughter with him named Ava.
