Canadian photographer known for his industrial landscape photography. His work tends to be aimed at provoking reflection on the impact of human technological and economic advancement upon the health of the natural environment. Together with filmmaker Jennifer Baichwal, he directed the 2012 documentary Watermark, which was named Best Feature Length Documentary at the 2014 Canadian Screen Awards.
