Before Fame

He started his career playing for the youth club Rennes. He signed a professional contract with them in 2018 at the age of 16.

Trivia

He started in his first international game for France in a match against Ukraine in 2021. He scored his first international goal in that game in an over-the-head shot. He is the youngest person to score with France since 1914. 

Family Life

He was born in a refugee camp in Angola to Congolese parents who were fleeing from the Congo. He moved to France when he was two years old and became a French citizen in 2019.
