Pop/trap performer and songwriter best known for his vociferous, self-referential lyrics. After the release of his debut album "Fotophobia" in April 2020, and his second album "Szörnyeteg" in July 2021, he became one of the most listened-to artists in all of Hungary. His September 2023 album "KINGCUGI" was also an instant hit and included several tracks which earned nearly two million plays each within one day of being released on Spotify.
Before Fame
He began singing in elementary school and later attended Zrínyi Ilona High School's drama department, where he formed his first indie band. He went on to win the Five Team Slam National Championship for slam poetry in 2017. He entered the professional music scene in 2019, forming the 12-person hip-hop collective known as HOLDUDVAR. Later that same year, he released his first singles including "Unom," "Baj Lesz," and "Minden."
Trivia
He was the recipient of the Best Hungarian Artist Award at the 2020 MTV Europe Music Awards. The following year, he also won Best New Artist from the 2021 Fonogram Awards.
Family Life
His birth name is Márton Juhász. He grew up in a highly religious family with his mother, grandmother, and grandfather all employed by their church.
Associated With
In August of 2023, he performed at The Sziget Festival in Budapest, one of the largest annual music festivals throughout Europe. He performed on the Main Stage, opening for both Girl In Red and Billie Eilish.
