Libero who helped the U.S. men's volleyball team capture FIVB World Cup and NORCECA Champions Cup titles in 2015. He represented his home country at the Summer Olympics the following year.

He graduated from Wilson High School and California State University, Long Beach, where he majored in communications.

He went vegan in 2012 and has been a public advocate for the lifestyle.
