Douwe Macaré

Professional skateboarder, athlete, online content creator, Instagram star, and social media personality who won the Dutch National Skateboarding Championship in 2015, 2019, and 2020. He has a popular Instagram account douwemacare, which has attained 130,000 followers.

Before Fame

At the age of 11, he became fascinated with skateboarding. He began posting to his douwemacare YouTube channel in June of 2007. His first video features him skating at an indoor skate park. 

Trivia

He has been an ambassador of bottled water brand SEA Water. In 2023, he won 2nd place at the Urban World Series in Madrid. On his Instagram, he has posted numerous videos in which he displays impressive skateboarding tricks. He is particularly known for his smooth and effortless style.

In April 2024, he posted an Instagram video of himself doing a nollie frontside flip, and the video featured the song "family ties" by Baby Keem and Kendrick Lamar.
