Rapper and songwriter most popularly known by his stage name, "Don L." He is widely considered to be one of the most impactful figures in the Brazilian rap industry. Some of the most esteemed albums of his solo career include, "Screenplay for Ainoux, Vol. 2 & Vol. 3," and "Dear Vapor/Life & Venom by Don L." He has also released a myriad of non-album singles including "Slab of Illusions," "Don't Listen to my Raps," and "On the Beat of the Perfect Search."

Before Fame

He launched his official career as part of the music group Costa a Costa, which he co-founded along with rapper Nego Gallo. After the duo released their first mixtape "From Coast to Coast" in 2004, his career quickly reached new heights when the album won the 2006 Hutúz Award. In 2007, the duo released their second and final mixtape together. It was entitled, "Money, Sex, Drugs and Violence from Coast to Coast."
