Music Producer with more than 170,000 followers on his dijondijon_ Instagram account. He gained the attention of R&R and Warner Records with the December 2020 single he released "The Stranger" featuring performances by John C. Reilly, Becky, and the Birds, as well as Tobias Jesso Jr. This would lead to his debut studio album Absolutely that was released in November 2021. He debuted the top single from the album on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon in January of 2022.
Before Fame
While at the University of Maryland, where he originally planned on becoming a teacher, he and his best friend from High School started the group Abhi//Dijon. He would eventually venture out as a solo artist with the self-released EP Sci Fi 1 in 2019 then followed by What Do You Think About Getting Married? released in 2020. He started composing music at the age of 15, but reports that he [sic] "was really bad at it."
Trivia
His first musical memory is of the music video for the song "I'll Be Missing You..." by Diddy and featuring Faith Evans about the loss of his former music collaborator Notorious B.I.G. that famously interpolated a sample from The Police's song "Every Breath You Take."
Family Life
He was born in Washington state to a military family but considers his home to be Baltimore, Maryland, although now he is based out of Los Angeles, California.
