Best known for his international accomplishments in both the junior and professional surfing worlds. He won the first ever ISA Quicksilver Junior Championship held in 2009 in Ecuador.

He began surfing at age 3. In 2006, he won his first surfing championship with the King of the Groms title.
Trivia
He won the 2010 Hurley Burleigh Pro Junior championship. He made his professional touring debut in 2012 at the Australian Surf Festival. He finished in 2nd place.
