Trivia
He successfully argued against the legality of former U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson advising Elizabeth II to suspend Parliament in September 2019. This led to the U.K. Supreme Court unanimously judging that Johnson had given the Queen unlawful advice.
Family Life
He was born and raised Islington, London, England, to Maurice and Rita Pannick. He married Denise Sloam in 1978, with whom he had two sons and a daughter. After Sloam passed away from cancer in 1999, he married Nathalie Trager-Lewis, with whom he has two daughters and a son.
