Before committing murder, he was engaged and saving up for a wedding and honeymoon, which inspired his scheme to murder and steal the money he needed. 

Trivia

He was caught by police after a 16-year-old used the credit card of the woman who was murdered. When police tracked him down, he was at his own bachelor party. 

Family Life

His brother Tim Wozniak was arrested and convicted of being an accessory in the murders committed by his brother, due to him hiding a backpack full of evidence.
