Artist who's risen to fame for painting astonishingly lifelike oil portraits that have been sold all over the world. He held his first one-man show in 2012 at the Galeria Trzech Narodow, where he demonstrated his passion for memorializing vanishing Polish folk traditions. Before Fame
He began drawing at a very young age, copying characters from comics and fairy tales. Throughout his youth, he won several art competitions and was encouraged to continue painting by his teachers. He attended practical painting classes at the Art College in Opole and graduated from the University of Technology in Opole in 2002.

He has intensely studied the biology, psychology, and physiology of vision to learn how the human eye reacts and records visual stimuli, as well as how the brain perceives images.

He's married to his wife Ela. He has 2 children named Jasiek and Lukasz.

He has posted photos of his oil portraits in tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II and Pope John Paul II on his damianlechoszest Instagram account. The latter is now displayed in the world-famous Pauline Monastery of Jasna Góra in Poland.
