Norwegian sculptor and art historian known for her large, outdoor metalwork sculptures. One of her most famous pieces is the Collar and Bow outside of the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.
Before Fame
She attended the University of Groningen to study art and she later worked at the Stedelijk Museum.

Her installation Cupid's Span was put up in Rincon Park in San Francisco in 2002.
