Former police officer, broadcaster, lawyer, and non fiction author known for writing the book Killing or Dying about his experiences with the civil police. He is known for being a member of the Bullet Counter, a group who fights for the right to access of arms by the civil population.
Before Fame
He first became a soldier and eventually a Cabo under the Armed Forces of the State of Sao Paulo. He moved up to the ranks of Police Officer in 1970. He became a captain in 1980. Shortly after, he wrote his first book as a rebuttal to Route 66 by Caco Barcellos.
Trivia
He has personally saved several hostages from dire situations including in the neighborhood of Vila Mariana in 1980 when he was graced with a double promotion for his bravery and successful rescue.
