Before Fame

He started his career working as a barista which led to him working as a manager for the coffee shop. He then moved up to serve as a District Sales Manager for a major solar company prior to his appearance on the Survivor competition series. 

Trivia

In an interview with ET Online, he stated that with his winning from the series he planned on traveling and purchasing a sail boat to live on with his wife Kate. 

Family Life

He was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and married artist Kate Warner.
