About
Professional chef who is recognized for being a judge on the television series MasterChef Chile. He is also known for owning the restaurant El Barrio and Maldito Chef. He has also worked at the Hotel Faena in Buenos Aires as the head chef.
Before Fame
He studied cooking in Washington D.C. at the age of 18. He opened the restaurant Water in Santiago which earned him recognition in Conde Nast Magazine. He began appearing in television programs on the Channel 13 and RCN networks and was selected to judge MasterChef Chile in 2014.
Trivia
He has won several awards for his cooking including the 2010 Chef of the Bicentennial of Chile and first place at the Chef of Chefs competition by the Chilean Association of Gastronomy in 2001.
Family Life
He married Alejandra Vallarino Landucci and together they have four children: Augusta, Franco, Facundo, and Emma.
