Cherry Rondina

About

Professional volleyball player who is known for having played as an outside hitter and for having served as team captain of the UST Golden Tigresses volleyball team. She is also known for having played with the Philippine Women's Beach Volleyball team where she won the UAAP Season 81 MVP honors. 

Before Fame

She first took an interest in sports when she competed in Track and Field events. She then started playing volleyball in third grade. After playing for several club teams, she played for the University of Santo Tomas in the UAAP Season 77. She made her debut with the Foton Tornadoes in 2016 but later joined the Petron Blaze Spikers in 2017. 

Trivia

She has won several award including the UAAP Season 81 Best Scorer, the 2018 Philippine Super Liga Invitational Cup Best Outside Spiker award in 2018, and the 2014 Mayors Cup Best Attacker award in 2013 and 2014. 

Family Life

She was born and raised in Compostela, Cebu. She has three sisters.
