Chen Hao

About

Initially famous for her starring role as Yue Siying in the Chinese television series Li Wei the Magistrate, she went on to appear in the popular Taiwanese TV movie Pink Ladies. Her other notable credits include the role of Diaochan in the television series Three Kingdoms and the starring role of Ouyang Hua in the 2005 movie Gimme Kudos.

Before Fame

She made her screen acting debut in the 1992 thriller Wu Hu Si Hai. Several years later, after attending China's Central Academy of Drama, she began her rise to fame by appearing in the 1998 film Postmen in the Mountains.

Trivia

A singer as well as an actress, she released her debut album, the self-titled Chen Hao, in 2005.

Family Life

With her prominent businessman husband, David Liu Haifeng, she welcomed a daughter in the spring of 2011.

Associated With

She and Takeshi Kaneshiro were both in the cast of the 1995 Taiwanese action movie La Bi Xiao Xiao Sheng.
