Survivor contestant who came to fame during her time on the show's 36th season, Survivor: Ghost Island. She has worked as an EMT and been a cheerleader for the Los Angeles Rams and Utah Jazz.

She grew up in Salt Lake City and attended the University of Utah.

She has competed in several dancing competitions and was named the Solo/Duo/Trio Grand Champion in 2004.
