Baseball player who was active during the 1980s. He is most known for being the starting pitcher for the Montreal Expos, now known as the Washington Nationals, from 1980 to 1984, and then again in 1987. He played for the Minnesota Twins in 1988.

He is one of three Expos to throw a no-hitter. He was inducted into the Tennessee Hall of Fame in 1999. He died on November 12, 2011, of a heart attack.
