During the first three decades of the 20th Century, LeMoyne appeared in dozens of silent movies and several 'talkies.' His screen credits include roles in such Western movies as Blue Streak McCoy, Canyon of the Fools, and Hell Fire Austin.

Before Fame

Early in his career, he played Dave Leviatt in the 1919 silent movie Treat 'Em Rough and Bandit in the 1920 film Bullet Proof.

Trivia

He played the villainous role of Fadeaway in a 1920 silent film titled Sundown Slim.

Family Life

Born Carl Lemon, he grew up in Marshall, Illinois and Los Angeles, California as the son of Charles Lemon and Clara Martin Lemon. He died in his mid-seventies and was survived by three children.
