Before Fame
At the age of fourteen, she left school to study ballet at the Teatro Guaira in Curitiba. She then moved to theater and began studying drama in Sao Paulo. Her debut role in television came in 1996 when she starred as Valentina in the series Anjo de Mim.
Trivia
She won the Best Actress award at the Recife Cinema Festival in 2002 for her role in the film Sonhos Tropicais.
Family Life
She was born and raised in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Her sister is fellow Brazilian actress Rejane Arruda.
