Before Fame

He briefly studied business at Baylor University, but, when he realized sitting at a desk wasn't for him, he transferred to the University of North Texas, where he earned a degree in radio, television, and film.

He is on the pro staff for Cabela's, Quack Shack Duck Calls, Pulsar Night Vision, Game Guard Camo, and numerous other hunting merchandise companies. 

Family Life

He grew up going camping and embarking on fishing trips his father and brother. He and his wife, Erin, have a son named Henry.
