San Antonio, TX-based rapper who earned repute for his distinctive lyrics and musical exploration of topics surrounding the digital age, such as the darknet, internet fraud, and other elements of cybercrime. Best known for tracks such as "Scam Story," "Wire Fraud," "Turn Her Up," and "My Turn," he built a name for himself as a pioneer in the hip-hop scene of the information era.

Before Fame

He premiered on the hip hop music scene in September 2020 when he released his debut single, titled "Dolce & Gabanna." That same year, he went on to release several more tracks, including "Pinky's Oreoz" and "1 Day Turnaround." He served in the military for 4 years before becoming a rapper.

Trivia

In 2022, he released 2 back-to-back studio albums. His 10-track album "Break the Bank" included several notable collaborations and songs like "Been Turnt" and "Money Conversations." Shortly thereafter, he released "Scam Party," which featured 14 tracks including "Humboldt County" and "Exotic Rental Fraud."

Family Life

His real name was Darrell Gentry. In March 2023, he was tragically shot and killed in Houston, TX, in what was described as a gang-related act of retaliation. After an extensive investigation conducted by the Houston Police Department, a man associated with the Stixx gang offshoot known as Blood Stone Villains, or BSV, was arrested and charged with his murder. He was survived by his mother Bernita Ward, his girlfriend, and his son who was 4 years old at the time of his death.

He collaborated with fellow rapper Teejayx6 on his 2021 track titled "Marilyn Manson." His 2022 album "Break the Bank" featured Veeze on his song called "1 of 1." That same year, he and Skillababy recorded a track together titled "2 Headed Goat."
