Previously he ran the men's life and style website, "The Modest Man." It was a men's fashion blog mostly, which he sold in 2023. His background is as a psychology major from the University of Maryland, where he received his degree in 2007. 

Trivia

One of his favorite hobbies is practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, where he holds a purple belt. He posted on Instagram about receiving this belt at the academy he studies at in Tucson, Arizona. He's a Millennial dad with 450,000 subscribers.

Family Life

He's married to Becca Rand, who helped him run his first website by doing the web design and branding. They have one child together, a daughter who was born in October 2021.

He did a funny commentary video on YouTube called "Why Fight Club Was Wrong About Self-Improvement." That was a movie in the late 90s starring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton.
