NHL center that was originally selected as a third round pick in the 2014 draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning. He has also played for the Canadian men's national team during his professional hockey career. 

Before Fame

Prior to his NHL career, he played in the Western Hockey League as a teenager. He also played in the Kontinental Hockey League during his teenage years.

Trivia

While playing with the Lightning during the 2020 and 2021 NHL seasons, he won back-to-back NHL Stanley Cups. He was also the leading goal scorer during both championship runs.

Family Life

Growing up, he lived with his family in Calgary, Canada. He is one of three brothers.
