Former Division 1 basketball player who cofounded the Broman Academy, which helps players at all levels, from amateur kids to NBA pros, improve their ball-playing skills. He has 1,000 followers on Twitter, 220,000 on Instagram, and 1.4 million on TikTok. Bjorn was part of the Winthrop University team that made it to the NCAA basketball tournament in 2017. They lost to Butler in the first round.

Before Fame

Bjorn grew up in Duluth, Minnesota. He and his older brother Anders finished their high school careers as the state's top two scorers of all time. At Lakeview Christian Academy, Bjorn led the country in scoring his junior and senior year, when he averaged 49.6 points per game. He played D1 basketball at Winthrop.  

Trivia

During college, Bjorn and his brother worked with various basketball training academies in South Carolina. Bjorn attended Winthrop all four years on a basketball scholarship. Older brother Anders played his freshman and sophomore years for South Dakota State before transferring to Winthrop to play alongside his brother his final two seasons.

Family Life

At Winthrop, both Bjorn and his brother Anders were involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Bjorn was named to the FCA Leadership Team for two of his four years with the group.

Associated With

Bjorn and his brother Anders started the Broman Academy in 2020, and in March of 2022 released the program on an app. The app offers training virtually. It's an evolution of the training they took part in while at Winthrop. Bjorn has trained players at all levels, from the NBA's Troy DanielsMalik Monk, and Seth Curry to WNBA players Tiffany Mitchell and Cierra Burdick to other NCAA Division I players, like Devon Dotson and Quentin Good.
